It looks like, for the time being anyway, that o2 has the exclusivity of the Nokia N82 on contract. However, the o2 website has no information about it that I can find (their search function is down at the time of writing) but Rafe over at www.allaboutsymbian.com have it in their shop.
All is not lost though if you prefer SIM free, then you can get it from Nokia themselves on a special offer N82 Adventure Pack. With that you get the free Nokia Sports Tracker software, and also a free Saloman rucksack, for £399 plus shipping. There is a limited supply of these though.
