How To - Sign Symbian (S60) Applications

signsym
One of the most painful experiences of owning a Symbian device, is finding a great application that you want to use, but then discover that it is unsigned. So for this you must sign it yourself.

Whilst browsing HowardForums today, I came across this brilliant step by step guide on how to sign applications for yourself. All credits must go to p@sco for the hard work that has gone into this, and what a brilliant job has been made of it.

One note to make though, is you cannot sign up for a symbiansigned.com account with a regular email address such as gmail/hotmail etc. You will need to use a different one, such as your work email address, or maybe try the one that your ISP have given you.
